Jenny Perrottet -Won her  age group in all four events at her swim meet in California.  SheI won the 200 back overall, and 12308750_123738751325879_1560054182771352444_nplaced second overall in the 1500 (PR), 400 free (PR) and 50 fly (PR).  Even split the 400 and 200 back as well. 3 PRs and 1 very close to my PR.  Jenny also won her Turkey Trot in CA which came with a $500 check!

Fast Eddie Buchanan did his first ever 8K.  Actually this was his first race above 5K and he crushed it!  Won his age group holding 7:10 pace.

Diana Davis:  1st in AG at the Hampstead 8K and huge PR with Phillip right by her side!  Way to go Diana, the speedy Rockstar!

Shannon Maus – 1:42:00 Norfolk Half Marathon.  Won her Age Group

It was Shawn Rhodes taking 2nd in his AG at the Festival of Foods Turkey Trot 5 miler in Green Bay, Wisconsin.  We can only imagine what the weather was there, but holding 6:08’s for the 5 miler.  Awesome training day Shawn for the upcoming half marathon.

Now here’s a name for you, the Turkey Day Run Gobble Wobble 5K in Charleston, SC.  We’re waiting on official results, but it was a duel between Chad Town, who had an amazing 5K PR and Brian Cohen.  Friends until the final sprint 🙂  Word is Chad Towne took the duel at the very end.

Andrew McIver placed 2nd OA at the Raleigh 8k Turkey Trot with a smoking time of 29:02 (PR)!
Brooks Smith won her AG at the Kids First Turkey Trot.  She had a lot of fun running with her nephew.  Keep up the good work!

It’s so much fun to win a Bobblehead!!

Congratulations to Steve White who won his first Bobblehead ever placing 3rd in his AG.  Diana Davis made it a back to back weekend on the podium with a 1st place win and Rockstar Rosie Guendner placed 3rd!  Kelli Kerkhoff a nice 22:18 and Allie Shofe 22:56.  Diana Davis another great 5K race 25:38 and Andy McVey getting back into the groove with a sub 28:00.

The Wrightsville Beach Turkey Trot – Level 1 enjoyed their start to Thanksgiving Day!  Carrie Cheatham, Tricia Bennett, and Christine Bean, along with Fred Altman pacing, finished with ease.  Janet Coleman braved a hilly 5k in Connecticut while traveling for the holiday.  Now,  Level 1 is looking forward to PRs at the Jingle Bell Run in December!
