Chris Cox paced his daughter to her FIRST 5k where she placed 4th out of 60 athletes!
Melanie Greiner Pfeiffer and our awesome runner man Evan placed 1st in both of their age groups and HUGE PRS!
Cory Croissant ran a BIG PR IN DA MUD at One Epic Run along with Chuck Spurlin who ran lights out in the mud, rain, and cold!
Tim Shelnut and his daughter (our team cheerleader) Lilly ran her first 5k as well and placed 3rd in her age group with Team Rexroth!
Coach Hammersmith set the tone for the weekend with a new 20k Mountain PR of 1:13:20 and Win at the Paris Mountain Road Race by 10 seconds!

Patrick Horning did the Space Coast Half Marathon in 1:47:58 for an 11 min PR!! Patrick has been working very hard and finished his first Olympic and Half Ironman distance triathlon in 2014. Has also lost 30 pounds and has big plans for 2015. Way to go Patrick!! Way to Live Without Limits!

Coach Sami noted that Roxanne Pearson ran a strong training race on her way to the Rock N Roll Phoenix Full in January. She also was our flip cup champion!

Who has 2 PR’s in 5 days at different distances…Diana Davis! 8K and 5K PR! Diana keeps getting stronger and stronger. Way to go Rockstar.
Nick Rashid finished off the year with an Ironman Double. Finishing Florida and then doing IMCozumel with a super fast and speedy swim. Putting together all 3 sports…Nick Rashid, You Are An Ironman!!! Now go enjoy some rest Ironman Rockstar!
Michael ENZ gets his best time in 5 years at the California International Marathon with a 2:57. He went out in 1:26 and felt the downhills later but is on a mission for that low 2:50. Great race Michael!
John Moehnke headed down to San Antonio TX for his first marathon in a long time! 4:20 was a great start and now the next one on his Radar will be 4 hours and we know he will get it! Awesome John
Coach Faye is definitely want to say how impressed i am with the level 1 participation in the thanksgiving day 5ks with over half the group participating in a race, plus 2 PRs: Julie Throo and Martha Weaver!
Quintiles Half Marathon Training is about to begin for those in WOL Level 1! They are WITHOUT LIMITS 🙂 Spread the word to anyone who may be interested in running their first long distance race.
In case you missed it, Carrie Cheatham and Christine Bean made the podium at the Bald Head Island 5k in mid November. Julie Throo and Fred Altman also placed in the 10k! Way to go! Carrie Cheatham also had a nice PR in the Patriot’s RUSH 5k…she is on a roll!! Keep up the hard work Carrie!
Congrats to Coach Tom taking 3rd overall at Footlocker Regionals with a 15:07. Tay Filer taking 4th overall masters in the Region with a 17:23, Colin Hackman running 17:40 and Aaron Kolk getting back out there hitting a low 16:00 5K.
Without Limits Youth had some amazing races and some learning experiences. That is what it is all about. Super proud of Conner Riggs for PRing by 1 minute at a 19:10 and Clint Tuberville PRing with a 19:03. Olivia Bufalini was a Bronze Medalist in the region in the 10 and under category and Isabella Bufalini, Richie Tillier Aaron Maserio, Makayla Obremski, Alex Naudad, Jonathan Hartness and Erin Blanding all gave great efforts.
