Who We Are
Without Limits is a coaching, events, and athlete platform operated by Without Limits LLC, based in Wilmington, NC. Our website is iamwithoutlimits.com. Our mobile app (“the App”) is available on iOS and is used by coaches, athletes, and families in our programs.
What We Collect
Account and identity
Name, email address, and password when you create an account. Your role in the app (athlete, coach, or guardian/parent). Birth month and year, used to determine minor status and apply the appropriate protections.
Athlete and training data
Practice attendance and check-in records. Workout data: distances, paces, times, and personal records. Training pace zones derived from your VDOT score. Coach notes on your athlete profile. Photos shared within the app. Program enrollment (Trailblazers, WOL Adult, or other programs).
Billing and payments
For adult athletes and guardians buying memberships or session packs: plan selection and purchase history. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Communications
Push notification device tokens, used to deliver practice alerts, billing notices, and coach announcements you opt in to receive. In-app notices from coaches. Practice chat messages: if you post to a practice chat, your message and your name are visible in the app to the other families in that program.
Technical and analytics data
Crash reports via Sentry: device type, OS version, and error context, collected automatically when the app crashes. Usage analytics via PostHog: screen views and feature interactions, used to understand how the app is used and improve it. Neither service stores personally identifiable health or training data.
Minor Athletes (Trailblazers Program)
The Trailblazers program serves athletes under 18, and we take extra care with their data.
Minor athlete data is scoped to local program use only. It is not used for national marketing, community features, or automated data pipelines. A parent or guardian must create or authorize the account for a minor athlete. Guardians link to a minor athlete’s profile using an invite code from the coach, and can then view that athlete’s schedule, attendance, and coach notes. Photos of minor athletes are stored privately and are never published to community or public feeds.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe we have, contact us at support@iamwithoutlimits.com and we will delete it promptly.
How We Use Your Data
To operate the app (scheduling, check-ins, coaching workflows, athlete progress), to process membership payments and manage billing history, to send push notifications you have opted into, and to fix bugs and improve performance through crash reporting and analytics.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use athlete training data for advertising.
Who We Share Data With
- Supabase — database and authentication. Stored on US-region infrastructure with row-level security policies limiting access to your organization. Privacy policy

- Expo — push notification delivery. Device tokens only, no training data or profile information. Privacy policy
- Apple — final push delivery via APNs. Device tokens only.
- Your coach — coaches in your program can see your profile, check-in history, PRs, and their own notes on your record.
- Linked guardians — a linked guardian can view your schedule, attendance, and coach notes.
Your Rights
- Access. Request a copy of your personal data by emailing support@iamwithoutlimits.com.
- Correction. Update your profile any time in the app under Profile > Settings.
- Account deletion. Delete your account in the app: open the More tab and choose Delete Account. Or email support@iamwithoutlimits.com and we will do it for you. This removes your personal data and athlete records from our active systems and cancels any active membership billing. Aggregate historical data, such as attendance totals used for program reporting, may be retained in anonymized form.
- Push notifications. Opt out any time in your device settings or in the app.
- Data portability. Request an export by emailing support@iamwithoutlimits.com.
Data Retention
Personal data is retained while your account is active, and removed from our active systems within 30 days of deletion. Billing records may be retained longer where required by law or for tax purposes.
Security
All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS). Our database uses row-level security policies that restrict every query to your organization’s data. Administrative access requires strong authentication.
Changes to This Policy
We will post updates to this page and revise the “Last updated” date. For significant changes, we will notify you in the app or by email.
