Congrats to Matt Wisthoff who PRed with a 4:08 and was 20th overall in a huge pro field!  Great finish to the season Matt
Shout out to Tim Nichols who is training for IMAZ and had more fatigue in his body than he thought.  Good work Tim continue learning and racing in that PRO field is going to make you better long term.

Congrats to Beth Greer on completing and having a blast at the White Water Center 50k. This girl works hard and loves the trails. So excited for her as she follow a plan to the letter and has been so successful with the results of proper training. Next up 50 miler!!IMG_0303

Makayla and Kaitlyn Obremski  – Sisters working together to finish under 20 minutes- a HUGE PR for little sis who was trying to break 21.

Great Floridian

Congrats to Tucker Whitesides for taking on the ⅔ ironman in Orlando. Longest distance to date. He left it all out in the course and learned a lot about about what needs to be done for his next adventure. Congrats on a battle well fought.

Carolina Beach Half

Dina McGrogan ran a great half finishing in 2:38:26.  She is ready to build off her training as she prepares for her first marathon in the spring!!  Keep the momentum going Dina!

Carolina Beach 5k

Kimberly Eason completed the 5k in a time of 43:55.  We are thinking of you Kim.  Hope that ankle heals soon so you can get back to your training!!

Myrtle Beach Mini Half

Camille McKeon breaks 2:10 with running a 2:06!  This was huge as she’s been training hard for her full at Quintiles.  Nice work girl!

Trick or Trot 5K – Maleia Tumolo ran a 26:04.7 (8:25 pace) and ended up with 2nd place AG 🙂 all while 20 weeks pregnant! WOW! and congrats to Leland athlete Andrea Petrone 32:30!
Nick Monroe took 2nd in his AG and PRed.  Awesome work Nick
