Hello, I’m Diana Davis, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist since 1983. I’m passionate about helping clients achieve their health, weight, and athletic goals by focusing on real, balanced foods in variety and moderation—without resorting to restrictive diets. My areas of expertise include sports nutrition, weight management, diabetes prevention, and a non-diet approach to family meals. My ultimate goal is to guide you toward sustainable changes that fit into your life and empower you to live a healthier, more fulfilling lifestyle.

Eat to Run Better Weight Loss
Cost: $625 for 3 months
Designed with the athlete in mind, this program focuses on balanced macros and proper meal timing to support and fuel your training—without resorting to starvation or restrictive dieting. You won’t need pills or injections; just the right foods at the right time for healthy, sustainable weight loss that won’t compromise your performance goals.
Medical Nutrition Consultation and Follow Up
Cost: Covered by insurance or $80-$125
If you have medical concerns that require personalized nutrition counseling, we can help you change eating habits for better health and performance. Diana Davis is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and Aetna, and will assist you in verifying your nutrition benefits. Many plans cover this service at 100% as preventive healthcare.
