Can you imagine getting motivated without all of “us” around to help? Well, two superstars had some solid races: Shay Hutchings found the San Fran hills to be a great way to show off his bike speed in his first Tri since surgery. The Oakland Triathlon Festival was a great way to start the new Cali adventure. Remote athlete, Julia McBride conquered her first OW swim triathlon at the James Island Charleston Sprint. Way to go Rockstars!! And Floridian, Ilene Schnall found her way to the podium at the Huntington Tri in Fort Lauderdale. Some serious racing from some awesome folk!!
Hurry, Hurry, Hurry and get well soon: Tim Gill, Bill Stinger and Anna Maultby all suffered some bike injuries sustained by cars within the past few weeks. Be safe out there and always ride in pairs and follow all of the traffic laws (which they were, by the way). Wishing y’all a speedy recovery.
